Promethean Approved Publishers
Promethean Approved Publishers have the option to distribute and sell their created content. A Promethean Approved Publisher either has a specific software content marketing agreement with Promethean OR is a commercial member of the PDN with terms of use as follows:
(1) You can independently sell flipcharts or resource packs for operation on any IWB or data projector provided your customer downloads ActivInspire personal edition from Promethean Planet.
(2) You can independently sell flipcharts or resource packs for operation on any IWB or data projector (your customers who do not have ActivInpire Professional Edition will need to download ActivInspire Personal Edition from Promethean Planet).
(3) You may not seek to offer, sell, distribute or gift your products combined with Flipcharts or resource packs in combination with any third party products which are comparable with or similar to the Promethean Products (as this term is defined in the ActivInspire Personal Edition EULA) including but not limited to any projectors, interactive whiteboards, slates, tablets or learner response devices.'
(4) You can apply for an ActivInspire Personal Edition Distribution Agreement enabling you to distribute ActivInspire Personal Edition with your Publisher Created Resources subject to clause 3. Above.
