The design of these flipcharts is really nice! Thanks everyone for your wonderful ideas!
I love to see what others are clicking on... Its a great way to see how others are using ActivInspire!
Hardly any would download?
@mitzi - Are you having trouble downloading the resources? Do you have ActivInspire downloaded?
Thanks for posting the top 10 downloads! I found 2 in this list that our teachers could use!
Yes, thank you for keeping us up to date on how everyone is using the software program. I always find something that I can use and tweak for my individual students. It is a great way to learn how to use the tools also.
Couldn't download the coordinates one-not interested in the others so I didn't try them.
Anne-Marie McAdams
Hi Anne-Marie -- The Coordinates lesson is a Flash activity(.swf). To get this to work - do the following. Download the resource, then open ActivInspire. Click on Insert > Media and select the Coordinate graphing activity. This will drop the activity onto your flipchart page, from there you can use the select tool to make the activity larger or smaller.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Adrienne
I am having trouble downloading and also am having trouble viewing teacher resources if I ask for more than the 1st 10 choices to view. Not very good when you are trying to lesson plan for the week.
@Jessica - I am not sure I understand what you are having trouble with on Planet. Can you not download resources at all? What is the file format of the resources you are downloading? Are they .flipchart, .flp, as4a or .ppt? Also what browser are you using - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Safari?
Happy to help you out or at least point you in the right direction, just need a little more information so I can determine how best to assist.
Every link I clicked on failed! Very sad right now. Any suggestions?
Hi every link I clicked on failed. I opened up Activ Inspire and opened Promethean planet through this and still nothing works. I don't know what to do. HELP.
Kerren
Hi Karen --
When you say "every link failed" -- what do you mean exactly? I have clicked on the links above and then downloaded the file and all files open correctly. Are the files drawing an error? Can you start a forum thread in the Planet Guide forum and include some screen captures so I can see what you are experiencing? Here's the link to the forum: community.prometheanplanet.com/.../31.aspx
Thanks!
Great work teachers. I especially liked Anita's fraction chart which I will be showing to my low year eights in Australia!
