I just upgraded to the latest version of ActiveInspire yesterday. The option to do a video capture has been removed from the software. This is not agood solution for me as I record segments of Flipchart lessons for absent students. I also record video while on desktop annotate to assist some Language Learners and Special Education students. PLEASE return the video capture option to this incredible software!

How are you accessing the screen recorder? If you select Tools/ More Tools/ Screen recorder is it listed there?

I originally had it in my toolbar. The icon was removed when I updated to 1.6.50464. I did try accessing from Tools and did not find it available. See the screenshot. I have been using my Promethean Board now for about 4 years and LOVE what I can do to engage students with it. I look forward to a solution.
Hi Glen. We don't support issues on Lion yet as the software is only about 95% working on Lion right now. The screen recorder is one of the things that does not work right now. When we start supporting that OS and Inspire is stable you will see it return. We do not know when that is right now.
